When I first started working at a specialty coffee shop as a barista, my boss told me this. He was right, coffee steals you in so many ways. It uses both sides of your brain as it feeds you creatively and has scientific depth. However, the unteachable aspect of a coffee shop is the fun-ness. Middle State does not take themselves serious unless it comes to making good coffee and including everyone. I’ve never collaborated with a more generous group of people and I’m grateful to work consistently with them. This is a no brainer visit when you’re in Denver!
